The salon uses poly gel tips to add length to natural nails, and the tips are lighter than a full acrylic set. Services include short, medium, long and XL full sets, overlays that combine poly gel strength with gel polish flexibility, ombre designs, and fills with design changes. Fills apply only to the salon's own work and are not available if three or more nails are missing. The same poly gel approach extends to toenails through a poly gel toe set, and a spa pedicure can be combined with it.

Nail art is offered at several levels, from simple art on two nails to full designs on eight fingers. Medium art can include marble, chrome, ombre, watercolor, 3D flowers and detailed line work. Full art includes stone designs and charms with Swarovski crystals and is available on long extension nails only. French tips are hand painted on all nails.

Booking rules matter here. Clients must arrive on time, with a 15-minute grace period, and an arrival 15 minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled or canceled. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. All services require a non-refundable deposit, most listed at $30, and a card on file is required to book. Same-day cancellations and no-call, no-show visits are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-call, no-show clients are banned from booking. Children and extra guests are not allowed at appointments. The salon does not work over other technicians' nail work, though soak off is offered for its own work only.

Gift cards are available in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200, or a custom amount, and sales are final.
