Visit length depends on the service. Manicures take at least 30 minutes, pedicures at least 45 minutes, and combined mani and pedi visits at least 60 minutes. The hand hydration treatment, aimed at deep hydration for the hands, takes about 15 minutes.
Appointments can be booked online through the studio's GlossGenius page. Removal of gel, Luminary, dip or Apres, and nail art, each need a separate booking under Add-ons. Cancellations carry a 50% fee. Gift cards are available.
