Booking is by phone at 619.871.3345, and new clients are asked to call first for a phone consultation. The listed hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM and Wednesday from 9 AM to 2 PM.

Color is the core of the menu. A root touch-up covers the first inch of regrowth in one color and can be used for grey coverage or blending, and its final price is set at consultation based on hair thickness, length and the result wanted. A mini blonding service uses up to 12 foils for a soft effect around the face, while partial and full blonding services suit maintenance or overall brightening. Dimensional color combines lowlights, highlights and toning to go darker without an all-over color, and a gloss with blowout addresses brassiness that appears after color fades.

Some services take a deposit from new clients: grey blending $100, full blonding $112.50 and dimensional color $95. The smoothing treatment takes a $100 deposit that is applied to the service. Appointments need 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, and cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the service cost. A smoothing cancellation within 24 hours moves the deposit to the next appointment, while a no-show forfeits it.
