New clients start with a consultation before their first facial. First appointments run either 75 or 105 minutes, or follow a special introductory offer. The introductory facial includes a skin analysis, goal setting, an organic facial with a choice of aromatherapy or cold stones, a take-home skincare plan and a gift. Clients need to complete an introductory facial before booking signature or advanced facials.

Signature facials cover a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a mask, and massage of the face, neck, chest, shoulders, arms and hands, with aromatherapy as a choice. Advanced facials add peels, microdermabrasion and electrotherapy options including LED, ultrasound, microcurrent and high frequency.

Body treatments are open to men and women. A separate set of gentlemen's treatments is designed for male guests, and beards are welcome. Enhancement add-ons include hand and foot treatments, scalp massage, aromatherapy, eye treatments and hot and cold stones.

Membership is available for facials and body treatments, with unlimited visits at membership pricing and a 15% saving on a package of therapy sessions. Members also have access to a relaxation lounge where they change into a robe and slippers, along with an organic snack bar. The spa recommends therapy every four to six weeks for maintenance.

Custom packages can be arranged for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions by calling the spa. Outdoor beginner-friendly yoga classes take place under trees and are designed to challenge all fitness and skill levels, and the spa also hosts a monthly 5K outdoor event.
