Brow services start with a Brow Sculpt, which includes brow mapping, wax shaping and styling and takes 45 minutes or more. The Hybrid Tint Sculpt pairs a skin stain that lasts 8 to 12 days with a hair tint that lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Brow Lamination Sculpt lifts and defines brows and comes with the Brow Daddy aftercare serum, with results lasting about 6 weeks. The Prestige Brows service combines lamination, a stain or tint and wax, and includes a take-home serum. Returning Prestige clients book an upkeep visit about 4 to 5 weeks later.
Lashes are handled with the Korean Lash Lift and Tint, a customized lift that curls natural lashes from the root for about 6 weeks without extensions or daily curling. The Klift Lash and Brow Bundles offer a low-maintenance look in two options, and services outside the bundle must be booked separately.
Waxing covers everything from lip and chin to full legs and Brazilian styles. A first-time Brazilian wax includes ingrown serum, aloe and aftercare samples, and a Deluxe Brazilian adds a belly strip and a Bushbalms vajacial mask. The Bestie Deluxe Brazilian Duo is booked for two people. Combos pair a Brazilian with underarm or brow work.
Booking requires a card on file, and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for app reschedules made more than 48 hours ahead. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, and no-shows or same-day cancellations incur a 50% fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rebooked. Additional guests are allowed only with a service booked the same day, and minors may attend with a parent present.
