It began as a primary care office and later added aesthetic and wellness services. The team now includes seven providers, among them physicians, nurse practitioners and a physician assistant.
Primary care covers everyone from children to seniors and includes physicals and preventive screenings, diabetes care with A1C testing and medication management, in-office lab testing, ear cleaning, ingrown nail removal and treatment for urinary tract infections in men and women. Physicals can take up to an hour, depending on the tests due. Urgent care is walk-in and handled first come, first served, for issues such as sprains, injuries that need stitches, minor broken bones, fever, back pain and breathing difficulties.
Telemedicine video visits are available to existing patients and are held over the Kareo platform, with a meeting link emailed after booking and a camera required. New patients need an in-person first visit to collect medical history and vital signs. Telemedicine visits are billed to insurance the same way as office visits. The practice accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, Humana, TRICARE, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna and AvMed, says it is adding more plans, and manages payments and statements through the Tebra patient portal.
Aesthetic and wellness treatments include Emsculpt NEO for body contouring, Exion skin tightening, Emface for facial contouring, Emtone for cellulite, RF microneedling, Emsella and Emfemme for incontinence and intimate wellness, and medical weight loss. Many treatments begin with a consultation with a provider of the patient's choice, who reviews options and medical history. The practice is not staffed by OBGYNs and refers patients who need specialized gynecology to an outside gynecologist.
The founders aim to help patients build their health naturally, without excess medications or treatments.
