The business is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and closed on Sundays. Mondays are available by specialty request only. Clients who need an appointment outside regular hours can ask, and the contact information invites inquiries about weddings, parties and after-hours bookings.

Booking requires a $30 non-refundable deposit for all services, which is charged when the appointment is accepted. Clients should arrive on time, since appointments are canceled if a client is more than 4 minutes late without notice; the salon may extend that grace period to 10 minutes when the schedule allows. Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours are charged, with a 50% no-show fee on the total cost of the booked services, and rescheduling within 24 hours carries a $25 fee. Clients who are late or miss appointments without notice three or more times can no longer book. Clients under 18 need explicit parental consent for any service, and anyone bringing children should let the salon know ahead of time. Booking also means consent to photography and video during and after the appointment.
