Creative Styles

Creative Styles is a hair business in Pflugerville, Texas, located at 1010 Old Austin Hutto Road, #500. It is open every day from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm, so it works for early-morning and evening bookings. Natural hair care is the specialty the salon names, and Cece is the stylist listed for that work.

Clients who expect to be late are asked to call or text the salon. A 15-minute grace period applies, and arriving 15 to 30 minutes late may lead to the appointment being canceled with a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations are requested with 24 hours' notice; cancelling later than that costs 50% of the original service. Missing an appointment without contacting the salon carries a fee equal to the full booking.

Every scheduled appointment needs a valid card on file. If a card is declined at pre-authorization, the appointment is not valid and a new request has to be made. Cash and Cash App are accepted. Services are not refunded, in full or in part, and clients have 24 hours to raise any concern about a service. Revisions are not guaranteed when problems come from weather, moisture or incorrect aftercare. Children may come in only for a service, and extra guests are not allowed except an adult helping a minor who needs assistance, since lobby seating is limited.
