At the spa, the approach combines Ayurveda, chakra work and contemporary therapy. Ayurvedic treatments are described as aiming to balance the doshas. The wider outlook treats wellness as bringing the body, movement, imagination, the nervous system, emotions and the natural world back into equilibrium. Where applicable, therapeutic care may be covered by insurance.

Each visit starts with a consultation with the provider to evaluate hair, skin and body needs. Treatment rooms are semi-open, surrounded by garden, built for use all year and ventilated naturally. The grounds include an orchard of figs, lemons, oranges, guavas and mulberries, plus lavender walkways and shaded areas for forest bathing. A climate-controlled wellness bungalow holds massage rooms, an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, a hydrotherapy bath and a tea and elixir bar. The estate space hosts couples experiences, group wellness and bodywork, with mountain views.

Booking is by private inquiry and appointment only, with no walk-ins. The spa address is shared 48 hours before an appointment. Most bookings need 48 hours' notice, and a credit card deposit is held. The spa is open daily from 10am to 9pm. According to the spa, most ayurveda, facial, massage, wrap and scrub treatments are generally about $169 per person, and pricing varies by treatment, so callers can ask for an estimate. A 20 percent gratuity is standard for all therapies. Children are not admitted, and phones should be silenced inside the spa. Gift cards are sold.

The approach combines Ayurvedic principles, chakra balancing and contemporary therapeutic wellness work. Ayurvedic treatments are based on balancing the doshas.
