It works as a U.S.-based manufacturer and offers either partial support at one stage of a product's life or fully turnkey manufacturing from concept to shipment.

Work begins with onboarding, which is a call with the company, then a review and evaluation of the formula, then product setup and a first purchase order. Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager who serves as a single point of contact from onboarding through production. Clients can also bring a formula of their own through a tech transfer, which includes a review of the formula and procedure. The in-house lab provides samples and revises formulas with the client until the product is approved for production.

The company covers the whole process: research and development to test and refine concepts before production, custom formulation built around a client's goals (from scratch or improving an existing product), sourcing of raw materials and components with attention to quality, cost and lead time, scalable production, quality checks and compliance support, and finished goods packed and ready to ship. Testing in the in-house lab includes stability, micro efficacy and packaging compatibility, and the lab can facilitate USP 51 preservative challenge testing to support MoCRA safety substantiation. Testing results, certificates of analysis and regulatory documentation are provided as needed, and the lab has experience with FDA registration and compliance processes.

The company works as a Registered Labeler: it checks clients' labels for regulatory compliance and gives feedback on them. Under this arrangement, the brand owner is still the party accountable for the product, its labeling and the claims made about it.
