The salon's services include custom color, haircuts, treatments and blowouts. Clients are asked to share their full history of chemical services, at-home treatments, box color and professional color before the appointment, since undisclosed history can affect results or lead to an adjustment or a refused service. Results can vary with hair history, condition and previous services.

Booking rules are firm. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the booked total. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service total, and an appointment is cancelled if the client arrives 15 minutes or more late. Switching to a shorter or less involved service also needs 48 hours' notice, or the original service may still be charged.

Services are non-refundable. Any concern should be raised within 7 days of the appointment, and a complimentary adjustment may be offered. The salon may decline or stop a service if the hair's integrity is compromised, if safety concerns come up, or if the service cannot be done to healthy or professional standards.

Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by credit or debit card, Afterpay, Venmo or cash. Gift cards are sold, and a gift card balance can be checked. Online shop sales are final.

Clients may bring one adult companion. Children are welcome only when they are having a scheduled service. Photos and videos taken during appointments may be used for the salon's social media, website and marketing, and clients can opt out by telling the salon before the service.
