Creations by Charli works out of a salon suite called The Suite Life at 131 Prominence Court in Dawsonville. The salon is run by Charli Murray, the stylist behind the work, and the business focuses on the style a client wants along with the condition of their hair and scalp.

Color is a central part of the menu. Touch-ups, refreshes and full color services range from a two-hour root and toner visit to a four-hour full highlight or drastic change, and each color service includes a trim or haircut, a blowout or styling, a conditioning or collagen protein treatment with a hot towel, and a bond builder. Clients also get tips for styling and maintaining their hair at home, with a video or notes available on request, and complimentary snacks and drinks during color appointments. Extensions are offered in hand-tied and hidden methods. Extension clients begin with a consultation, requested through a new client form or by text, and the hair is 100% human hair that can be styled like natural hair. Maintenance is needed about every six to eight weeks, and home care guidance covers brushing, heat protection and avoiding spray sunscreen near the extensions. Booking is done online for existing clients, and new clients request appointments online after reaching out to confirm fit. Phone contact is by text only. Payment plans, Buy Now, Pay Later, can be arranged in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with last appointments around noon or 1:00 depending on the service.
