Color is custom-mixed, with shades ranging from natural tones to pastels. Fun color options include bolder shades such as pink, blue and purple, and lifting is included when needed. Stylists also work with clients who have a look in mind but aren't sure how to get there, building a plan together and offering a plan for keeping color looking fresh between visits. The salon says its team keeps current with cut and color styles and techniques through ongoing education.

Extensions come in two styles. Glue tip extensions are a full set of single extensions and do not include hair. Halo extensions use the HALOCOUTURE HALO system, which the salon describes as non-damaging and virtually undetectable.

For weddings, stylists can come to the client's location. A location fee of $150 covers travel, and on-site services include touch-ups and fitting a veil, hijab or tikka. The party package for six women is priced at $540 and includes the bride's trial run, and the mother of the bride is included at no charge. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday 10 am to 8 pm, Friday 9 am to 3 pm and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment.
