Extensions are another main service. Sewn-in hidden wefts add length, thickness or both, and the price depends on how many rows are placed, from one to three. Cuts are customized to the client and finished with a blowout, and a wash and style service is offered for hair type and face shape. Treatments can be added to any service, including a K18 treatment for damaged hair, a scalp peel that exfoliates and clears product buildup, and a Malibu conditioning treatment blended from natural ingredients.

A visit starts with the door, which stays locked. Guests use the call box on the right side of the door and select Created by Kels from the directory. Clients can send inspiration photos to the salon before they come in. They receive a confirmation text 72 hours ahead and a reminder 24 hours before. Complimentary snacks and drinks are offered, including coffee, tea, water, sodas, wine and seltzers, and silent appointments are available for anyone who wants a quiet visit or plans to work from the salon. New clients can take $25 off a first appointment when they book through the online system.
