Color work covers balayage and partial balayage for soft lightness through the mids and ends or around the face, with toner included, plus color melt as an add-on for a gradient from dark to light. Foil services range from a few accent foils to full highlights, lowlights and heavy blonding, and solid root touch-ups or all-over color with gloss on the ends are also offered. A free 30-minute color consultation is recommended before vivid colors and corrections.
Extensions come in one row or two rows. Every new extension client has a free 30-minute consultation first to talk through pricing, aftercare, color matching and upkeep, and a haircut is recommended when new hair is installed. Haircuts, a standalone wash and blow dry, and a curls or flat iron add-on round out the styling menu. Pixies and clipper cuts are not offered.
A scalp balancing treatment includes scalp exfoliation, a steamed moisturizing scalp oil and a scalp massage, and conditioning treatments can be added to other services. Clients with very thick hair can be given 30 extra minutes at no added charge.
Clients who are unsure which service to book can reach out by email, Instagram or text and get help choosing. Bookings and payments are handled through the booking site. The studio asks for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule; later cancellations are charged half the service price, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 75 percent.
Caylee will help clients work out which service fits when they are unsure, and consultations are built into color corrections, vivid color and new extension clients.
