A standard wedding or event team is one hairstylist and one makeup artist, who arrive 15 minutes before the event to set up. Artists work on one guest at a time, taking roughly 1 hour 15 minutes for the bride and about 45 minutes for each bridal party member or event attendee. Artists are independent, so each one brings their own kit, though stylists must carry moderate to high-end makeup and hair styling products.

Booking starts with an emailed proposal. Once it is agreed, a contract is signed and a 25% non-refundable retainer holds the date; the date is not secured until the retainer is paid. A hair and makeup trial costs $300, is included in the bridal package and is deducted from the total. Trials can be held at the salon or on location, with a travel fee for the latter. Event attendees may request a trial but are not required to have one.

Beyond wedding and event work, the business lists men's grooming that covers cuts, day-of clean-ups and face shaves. Massage, facials, spray tans, standard gel nails, lash extensions, waxing and skin care are also named among its offerings, though the details for those are limited.
