A visit usually starts with a consultation, in person or virtually, to talk through current skin challenges and goals and to assess the skin before any treatment. From there the studio creates a custom plan for each client's concerns, which can include in-office treatments and personalized at-home products. Payment plans are available, and clients can finance through Cherry.

The facial menu includes the CREAM Curated Facial, which is a 75-minute treatment where the modalities, such as dermaplaning, a no-downtime peel or diamond-tip microdermabrasion, are chosen on the day. Other facials address acne, back skin, and men's skin concerns, and there is a DiamondTome Glo microdermabrasion option that the studio lists as requiring no downtime.

Advanced treatments include chemical peels in several strengths for concerns such as sun damage, melasma, rosacea and acne scarring, along with CREAM SkinPen microneedling using an FDA-cleared device on the face, neck or chest. The CREAM Triple Threat Skin Reset combines microneedling, exosomes and a chemical peel on the face and neck, and the studio recommends a series of three sessions for best results. Hair restoration is built around CREAM Hair Restoration Therapy, which pairs SkinPen microneedling with INVO Aesthetics Advanced Hair Solution. It requires a virtual or in-person consultation before booking, and the studio recommends a course of four to six treatments for optimal results.
