Services are organized by where a client is in their loc journey. Starter services cover coil starters, micro starters and turning established locs into wicks. Maintenance covers retwists, styling, detoxing, interlock and crochet retying, and wick tightening. Damaged or broken locs can be repaired, priced per loc, and extension options include crochet instant locs, permanent loc attachments and micro loc attachments.
Loc removal is handled by comb out, which the business describes as precise with minimal damage. Because that price is set after a consultation, the service is booked by request rather than instantly. Consultation appointments can also be booked on their own.
The business describes its aim as healthy, luxury locs. Its maintenance menu includes detoxing and oil-finished retwists.
