Clients are seen by the same stylist at every visit. Bookings can be made by phone or by visiting the studio. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Tuesday is by appointment only, and the studio is closed on Sundays.
The studio backs its cuts with a guarantee: if a client does not like the cut, the studio will shave the client's head at no charge.
