Facials are a central part of the menu. The Crazy Beautiful Signature Facial is a customized treatment for skin concerns, and there are named facials for acne, dermaplaning, oxygen and anti-aging goals, plus pomegranate and cherry blossom versions. Customized facials run 60 minutes and are tailored to skin type and concerns. Extractions, diamond microdermabrasion, high-frequency and a hydrojelly mask can be added to any facial. The spa suggests monthly facials, citing cell turnover on the face and neck of about 30 days. New facial clients complete an electronic consultation form before the first visit and should note any allergies or skin conditions on it.

Chemical peels range from a gentle pumpkin peel to a signature peel that begins with a skin consultation for new clients, and a lightning peel for concerns such as acne scarring, age spots, unevenness, sun damage and melasma. Every peel includes a post-treatment products kit, and peel clients complete a separate consultation form.

Waxing uses a fully synthetic hard wax, which the spa says suits sensitive and allergy-prone skin. The spa says most body waxing lasts two to three weeks. Clients are asked not to shave for two to three weeks beforehand and to gently exfoliate the day before, keeping lotions and creams off the area. Lash lifts use a vegetable-based tint that the spa says is formulated for use near the eyes. Lash extensions are faux mink only, and the spa does not offer mega volume sets. Fills are recommended about every two weeks, with the length chosen by how many extensions remain. Extensions applied elsewhere are not filled; a complimentary removal and a new full set are usually recommended instead.

Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue and myofascial techniques, a signature massage tailored to each client, hot stone massage, and prenatal massage for clients past their first trimester with a low-risk pregnancy. Reiki, reflexology, raindrop massage, ear coning cleanse and a two-person yoMassage class are also offered, along with in-office chair massage for businesses. New massage clients complete an electronic consultation form. During a massage, the body is draped with a sheet and only the area being worked on is uncovered.

Spray tans are applied by hand, and the artist mixes the color for each client. The spa states that a tan dries in seconds and lasts 7 to 10 days depending on aftercare, and clients wait at least four hours before showering or sweating. Spray tans can be arranged at a client's location for weddings or events with four or more people. Service packages can be bought in bulk and used at any time. A valid credit card is required to book, and cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice avoid fees.
