The Japanese head spa menu runs in five levels, from a 30-minute Express Scalp Revival at $60 up to the 90-minute Imperial Head Spa at $250. The Imperial version combines aromatherapy, a halo water ring rinse, light therapy, an anti-aging facial with LED therapy, a foot soak and massage. The facial menu is broad, with HydraFacial, HydraLift, oxygen, microneedling and a Korean glass skin facial that uses an aqua peel technique. The salon recommends a series of six Ultimate Geneo Facial treatments for the best results. Microdermabrasion can be added to any facial, and facial add-ons include LED therapy, microcurrent, radiofrequency skin tightening, dermaplaning and a salmon PDRN jelly mask.

Nail services include classic, Russian (dry), gel and herbal soak manicures and pedicures, with themed treatments built around ingredients such as CBD, collagen, hemp, goat milk, honey, charcoal and gold. Nail enhancements include Gel-X, builder gel, hybrid gel, dipping powder and acrylic nails. Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume, Russian volume, mega volume, wispy, comic anime and LED versions, and the salon recommends refills every two to three weeks for volume and LED sets. Lash lifts and brow lamination are also offered.

Visitors can piece together their own appointment by mixing individual services, or book one of the signature day packages: Imperial 24k Gold, Royal Indulgence, or The Gentleman's Recharge. The annual spa package includes the 11th and 12th services at no charge once a guest has made ten purchases. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations lose the deposit, and a missed appointment with no call is billed the full price of the services booked. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have written consent. Children under 8 who are not having a treatment cannot enter the spa. Accepted payment methods are cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Venmo.

The salon offers customizable visits and says it keeps working with a client until they are satisfied. It describes its products as organic, vegan, cruelty-free and free from harmful chemicals, and says its services are performed by trained and certified beauticians.
