About

Crane Massage Therapy is run by Faye Crane, a certified massage therapist working from the Tustin location. Clients book one-on-one sessions in a small private practice rather than a larger spa, and Faye works with people who have pain, tension or stress as well as those who simply want to relax, including expectant mothers.

Each visit starts with a conversation about the client's body, any areas of concern, wellness needs and what they hope to get from the session. The massage style is then chosen together, and clients can end a session at any time, ask for more or less pressure, and request changes to light, sound and warmth. First-time clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork and a short consultation, and a new client intake form can be downloaded from the website. Wellness tips are shared after each massage.

Pricing is based on session length, so clients do not need to pick a massage style in advance. A 30-minute massage is $65, a 60-minute massage is $105 and a 90-minute massage is $140. Reflexology for one foot or hand (15 minutes) is $35, and reflexology for both hands or both feet (30 minutes) is $70. Chair massage is $2 per minute with a 15-minute minimum, so the shortest session is $30. Aromatherapy using essential oils can be added to a massage for $5 to $15, depending on the oils requested, and must be requested at booking or before the massage begins.

Discounts include 10% off the first visit for new clients, 10% off for fellow massage therapists, and 15% off for military personnel, police, firefighters, EMTs, doctors, nurses and teachers with valid ID. Packs of massages an hour or longer bought in advance are 15% off for three sessions and 20% off for five. The Release the Pain Plan is a monthly membership with one massage each month, priced at $52 for 30 minutes, $84 for 60 minutes or $110 for 90 minutes, and is arranged by contacting Faye or visiting the Tustin location.

Cancellations need 12 hours' notice or a fee of 50% of the scheduled service applies. Appointments can be changed through Booksy, or by calling (714) 287-5363 if Booksy is not working. Booksy lists a 4.9 rating from 156 reviews, according to the Booksy listing. Posted hours are Monday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday and Friday 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Thursday 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Tuesday and Sunday closed; hours may change, and other times may be possible by arrangement. Payment is accepted by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

Sessions are shaped around each client's body, concerns and goals after a conversation at the start of the visit, with an emphasis on open communication about pressure and comfort.
