The salon uses custom Aveda hair color and Oligo for toning, alongside Aveda's color line. For repair and smoothing, it offers K18 treatments and carries the QiQi and ProAddiction smoothing lines. Aveda products are described as naturally derived and plant-based, made using wind power, and packaged with recycled materials. The salon describes itself as award-winning and says it received a 2017 Small Business Excellence Award for its business practices, social media presence and community outreach.

Booking has a few rules to know before arriving. Changes or cancellations of a single service need 24 hours' notice, and changes to multiple services need 48 hours. QiQi appointments can only be booked by phone and require a deposit. Blow dries are for existing guests only, cannot be booked as stand-alone services, and are done with a stylist in training. Silk presses are not bookable online and are offered only with select stylists. Pixie cuts are booked only with master stylist Joelle.

According to the salon, it works with local charities and nonprofit groups. Named partners include Dressed for Success, Cristo Rey Atlanta, Atlanta Food Banks, Open Hands Atlanta, One Warm Coat and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, as well as local schools.

Stylists listen closely to each guest's hair care wants and needs, then create a style for that guest after an in-depth consultation.
