The menu is organized into brows, lashes, skincare, permanent makeup and fine line tattoos. Brow work includes a quick tint, shaping that starts with brow mapping and uses waxing and tweezing, and lamination, along with combined versions. Lash options include a semi-permanent tint that darkens natural lashes and a Korean lash lift customized to natural lash length and eye shape.

Skincare starts with a consultation that assesses skin type, concerns and goals before a customized regimen is built. From there, clients can choose among several HydraFacial levels with add-ons for the eyes, lips and neck, plus dermaplaning, LED light therapy in red or blue depending on the concern, a scalp treatment and Rejuran microneedling. The business describes its skincare as medical grade.

Permanent makeup begins with an in-person consult before the first visit, and the studio does not work over other artists' work unless it agrees to, in which case pricing starts as for a new client. Fine line tattoos are done on Saturdays only, in black or red ink, and require approval, which can take up to 7 days; appointments are then arranged by text. Permanent makeup and fine line tattoos are not offered to clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Cancellations need 72 hours notice; later changes are charged 50% of the service fee, and cancelling with less than 24 hours notice or not showing up is charged in full. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may also lead to cancellation and a full no-show fee. Prices are subject to change and are posted under the Services tab.
