The facial menu includes customized facials built around each client's skin, acne and breakout treatments, hyperpigmentation and dark spot correction, anti-aging and skin rejuvenation, hydration and barrier repair, and deep pore cleansing with extractions. Extractions can also be added to any facial as an enhancement.

Advanced options include chemical peels, nano-infusion, hydrodermabrasion and microneedling, with member pricing listed for each. Dermaplaning and LED therapy are available as add-ons. Advanced treatments are only booked after a professional assesses whether they suit the client's skin.

Memberships come in a 4-week plan at $169 per month and a 6-week plan at $129 per month. Each monthly payment becomes a treatment credit toward a facial on schedule, and members who upgrade to an advanced treatment have the credit applied first and pay the difference. Members also receive complimentary dermaplaning when appropriate, a 15-minute Celluma LED session, 10% off CPW retail products and a $25 birthday reward. New clients pay a one-time $30 enrollment fee. Memberships need notice at least 7 days before the next billing date to cancel, and credits cannot be banked or carried across cycles.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit on facial appointments, and new bookings take a 50% deposit with the balance due at the visit. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and appointments can be rescheduled once with the same notice. A 15-minute grace period applies with a call or text. Clients must be 18 or older, or have parental consent. Payment is accepted by card, cash and Zelle. The studio is open Monday and Tuesday 11AM to 3PM, Thursday 2PM to 6:30PM, Friday 2PM to 5:30PM and Saturday 10AM to 2PM, and is closed Wednesday and Sunday. The studio cites 36 Google reviews.
