The facial menu starts with quick services such as an Express Glow Facial, which covers cleansing, light exfoliation and hydration in about 40 minutes or more. An Enzyme Facial uses fruit-based enzymes to exfoliate and is listed as suitable for sensitive skin. The Signature Custom Facial, a 60-minute-plus treatment, includes deep cleansing, steam, exfoliation, massage and a custom mask, and clients choose one of six focuses: acne and congestion, brightening and glow, sensitive skin and redness relief, anti-aging, hyperpigmentation and dark spots, or hydration.

Bookings are made online through a GlossGenius page. Hours are Monday to Friday 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Saturday 10:30 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 9:30 AM to 2 PM. Some bookings require a deposit, and the spa charges a 25% cancellation fee, so clients are asked to give notice as soon as they know they cannot attend. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
