The menu is organized into groups: haircuts and styling, hair color, highlights, hair extensions, treatments and conditioning, waxing, and consultations. Haircuts range from bang trims and edge clean-ups to men's and women's clipper cuts, a child's cut for ages 5 to 10, and blowouts. Color options include gray coverage, demi-permanent gloss and full color, and highlight services run from face-frame foils to full-head highlights with color and cut. Smoothing options include a Keratin Complex treatment and a Brazilian Blowout, and there is a Brazilian mask and split-end treatment for conditioning. Formal up-dos for events are also offered.

Consultations are available in person to talk through price, color and highlights, and the first 15 minutes are free. Extension consultations, which run 15 to 30 minutes, cover tape-in questions and color matching for ordering extensions, with no charge.

Booking is online at any time, and requests are confirmed by email after they come in. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the full scheduled service ticket. The salon accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover, and sells gift cards that can also be balance-checked. Hours are Tuesday 1:00 to 7:00 pm, Thursday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; the salon is closed Sundays and Wednesdays.
