The menu is grouped into nail enhancements, manicures, pedicures, additional services, a kids menu for children under 10, and waxing for the upper lip, eyebrows and underarms. Enhancements include acrylics, gel overlays, dip powder, ombre, tap hybrid gel and Gel-X, and the salon carries a wide selection of polish colors in gel, acrylic and dip powder.

The pedicure menu has several spa-style options, each with its own bath, scrub, mask or massage. A deluxe gel pedicure uses lavender in its scrub, mask and foot massage. An organic spa version pairs an organic sugar scrub with a hot stone massage, and a jelly pedicure uses a scented jelly bath. A collagen spa pedicure includes a sea salt bath, collagen mask and collagen lotion. The Cozy Pedicure uses CBD in its foot bath and lotion and includes paraffin wax.

Manicures include removing old polish, shaping, cuticle care, a sugar scrub, massage and a choice of gel polish. Additional services cover polish changes, French and nail designs, nail repair and removal, and paraffin wax. Gift certificates are available.

Prices can change with nail length, design and time required, so clients are asked to confirm the price with their technician before service starts. Refunds are not offered, but nail issues are corrected at no extra charge. If a client is unhappy, the original service is redone without additional changes or upgrades, and clients are asked to speak with the manager right away.

The salon uses disposable liners for each client to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
