The menu is built around protective braided styles. Box braids, knotless braids and boho versions of both form the core, alongside twists, island twists, tree braids, micro braids, lemonade braids, mohawk braids, crochet styles and Fulani braids. Clients can also book braids for children, teens and men, as well as fit-ins and cornrows.

Beyond braiding, the salon offers loc services, including a loc comb out, plus hair detangling, a takedown service for removing existing braids, and a hair wash and blow dry. Hair care advice is given for coily or kinky, curly, and straight or wavy hair.

Most services take between 2 and 8 hours, so clients should plan for a long appointment. Listed prices are starting prices. The final cost depends on hair length, braid size (from XSmall to Jumbo) and how complex the style is, and it is confirmed before or at the start of the service. Hair extensions can be provided on request, or clients can bring their own; the salon asks that this be confirmed when booking.

Booking requires a deposit, which holds the appointment and is credited toward the final bill. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes ahead with hair that is clean, detangled, and free of oils or heavy product, and to mention any scalp conditions, allergies or sensitivities before the service begins. Visits without an appointment can sometimes be fitted in when the schedule has room, but that can't be counted on. Tipping is optional. The salon does not take PayPal or card payments.
