Consultations come first: a 30-minute hair consultation reviews a client's current routine and concerns, and a color consultation, which is required before any color service, checks hair condition and tests strands. Signature silk outs are offered in a standard and a high-density version. The Cozy Care visit runs about two hours and combines a shampoo, conditioner, hydration steam, blow dry, flat iron and trimmed ends, with an added charge for heavy density hair.

Longer appointments include Brazilian blowouts, express weaves and clip-in installations. Extensions are not part of the clip-in price. The salon is open on Saturdays only, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment moved, and a $10 late fee can apply when the service can still be performed. Color services, Brazilian blowouts and weaves each require a deposit that is applied to the price.
