Services are grouped into Bikini & Brazilian, Body, Face, and Packages. Brazilian waxing can remove almost all hair from the front and back, or leave a small strip or triangle in front. Body waxing covers areas from the neck and feet to the back, legs, and underarms, and smaller strips are offered as add-ons to bikini and Brazilian services. Most services take about 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the area. The studio uses hard and soft wax.
Brow and lash options include semi-permanent brow and lash tint, which the salon says usually lasts 3 to 6 weeks, and brow lamination, which lasts 4 to 6 weeks. A lash lift curls natural lashes from the base and lasts 6 to 8 weeks. Tint can be added to a brow lamination or lash lift for an additional fee. According to the salon, results from waxing typically last 3 to 4 weeks, and it recommends waxing every 4 to 6 weeks for consistent results.
A deposit is required at booking and is applied to the total. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may mean rescheduling or a shorter service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead make the deposit non-refundable, and no-shows forfeit it. Children and extra guests are not allowed in the treatment area, though exceptions can be requested by contacting the salon in advance. Before an appointment, hair should be about 1/4 inch long, clients should not shave for 2 to 3 weeks, and they should exfoliate 24 to 48 hours ahead and skip lotions or oils that day. Afterward, the salon advises avoiding hot tubs, saunas, intense workouts, sun exposure, and tight clothing for 24 to 48 hours.
