Clients book through the salon's Glossgenius page. The salon is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday through Friday during the day, with Tuesday hours running later into the evening. It is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. A change made inside that window carries a late cancellation fee of half the service cost, and a no-show is charged the full cost. Some services and longer appointments require a deposit at booking, which is not refunded for late cancellations or no-shows. New clients booking Full Foil + Wash or Full Smoothing Treatment pay a deposit of $100 and $75 respectively, and Color + Partial Foil + Cut requires a $75 deposit. Emergencies are handled case by case by the stylist or technician.

Nail services have their own terms. A chip on a gel manicure is repaired at no charge within 10 days of the appointment, with a $5 fee after that. Gel removal is charged when the gel was applied somewhere other than Covet Hair. Nail art add-ons of 15 to 60 minutes must be booked alongside a gel manicure or gel extension service, and the 60-minute option needs a photo reference before the visit.
