Haircuts run from quick clipper cuts and bang trims to a classic cut, a cut with shampoo, scalp massage and a warm towel, and a luxury cut finished with a blowout or hot tool styling. Kids cuts come in two versions based on how well a child sits still: one for children who settle easily, and one with more guidance and frequent reminders for children who need extra help. The salon notes that results can depend on the child's cooperation.

Color work begins with a consultation, listed at no charge and about 10 minutes, to choose shades, plan the look and address color correction. The portfolio shows blonde balayage or foilyage with pink peekaboo, extra chunky foil, and rainbow color, and each of these needs a consultation first.
