Cosmo Nails is a nail salon in Cranston, Rhode Island. It states it has more than a decade of experience in gel polish, dip powder, manicures, pedicures and waxing.

The menu is grouped into dip powder, manicures, nail extensions, pedicures, polish changes and other services. Dip powder uses OPI Powder Perfection, which the salon describes as long-lasting, non-toxic and odorless, applied without UV light; regular dip with removal starts at $51, and add-ons include tips or extensions, a French design, a manicure, or an ombre design. Nail extensions cover acrylic, hard gel, ombre and pink and white sets in coffin, almond or round shapes, with full sets starting around $60. Pedicures range from a classic pedicure at $42 to a Signature Glow pedicure at $100, with Volcano Spa and CBD Volcano Spa options in between. Nail art starts at $15 for two nails and must be booked in advance; intricate designs add $50 to $150. For designs, clients give the number of nails and the design they want, and can text an image for an estimate.

Booking is appointment only. Requests can be made at opening time or at least an hour after the salon opens, and every request is approved manually, so the salon may move a time 15 to 20 minutes later. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Each client receives a single-use, individually wrapped manicure or pedicure kit. Spa parties for corporate events, bachelorette parties, bridal showers, private parties and kids' parties can be customized, and need at least two weeks' notice.

Cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours' notice; cancelling within three hours of the appointment counts as a no-show, and no-shows are charged the full fee except for a first-time no-show. After a no-show or a late cancellation, the salon requires full prepayment, and online requests are declined in that case, so clients need to call. A $5 invoice fee applies to invoices sent. Cash payments receive a cash discount and still earn points. Services rendered are not refunded, so clients with a concern are asked to raise it right away.

The Cosmo Rewards Program is free to join and earns one point per dollar spent. Points expire after 12 months, cannot be cashed out or transferred, and rewards discounts start at 350 points. Reward points are reset after no-shows and frequent cancellations or reschedules. eGift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100, $150 or custom amounts.
