Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancelling within 48 hours carries a fee of 20% of the booked total, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service total. Deposits range from $25 to $100 depending on the service, and some apply only to new clients. The salon is open Thursday through Saturday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday through Wednesday.
