Services are by appointment. Clients book their own visits after completing a form before booking, and walk-ins are accepted only on Walk-In Wednesdays. Guests, including friends, family and children, are not allowed in the studio during appointments, and food and drink are not permitted. A non-refundable deposit equal to half the service total is due at booking and is applied to the final cost. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and services and products are final sale.

The menu covers threading, waxing and tweezing for brows, face, lip, chin and beard, along with a men's brow shaping service designed for men who want brows without makeup. Brow mapping is a precision measurement add-on that includes a facial analysis and a custom brow design plan; the studio says it is the only studio in Gurnee offering it. Tinting options include henna, a hybrid staining dye, an airbrushed stain and a bleach-based brow shaping technique. Brow lamination, lash lifts, lash tinting and lash extensions are also offered.

Permanent makeup includes ombre and powder brows, Blade and Shade combination brows, microshading and microblading, with touch-ups for existing clients. A consultation is required for new permanent makeup clients and covers the procedure, aftercare, healing and expectations. Touch-ups are scheduled 5 to 7 weeks after a session.

Education is a large part of the business. In-person brow training is offered in Milwaukee and Gurnee, and virtual sessions are available with the educator visiting a salon, spa or school. Courses range from an introductory threading and brow mapping class to longer programs covering henna, marketing and lamination. Every training student receives a certificate of completion and continued mentorship.

Each appointment begins with a conversation about the client's goals, and the team explains the reasoning behind its recommendations.
