Booking is done through the studio's GlossGenius page. Cuts and blowouts run from 30 to 45 minutes, while longer color services such as full foil blonding or fantasy color can take roughly two to four hours. Short add-ons, including deep conditioning, hydrating masks and scalp treatments, take about 10 minutes and can be added to a visit.
Balayage and fantasy color bookings require a $50 deposit from new clients, and the peekaboo fantasy color option carries the same deposit. A $150 deposit is required for 3 hour color correction. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment incur a 20 percent fee, and cancelling without a valid excuse inside that window means paying the full payment amount.
The studio is open Monday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and gift cards are offered.
Color and extension work begins with a no-charge consultation, a 15-minute color consult or a 20-minute extension consult, before the service is booked.
