The studio offers a free phone consultation, and people who prefer to start that way can text two or three photos to the office to request one. An in-person consultation runs 30 minutes, with about 20 minutes of talk time, and is priced from $60. Some procedures, including corrections and lightening, require a consultation before booking.

New clients who have never been tattooed can book a first session for eyebrows, lips or eyeliner. Eyebrow and lip first sessions run about two and a half hours. Lip options for new clients include lip blush, 3D lips, solid lip color, blended lip liner, and lip liner with a contrasting color fill. Eyeliner is offered in natural, designer and stardust styles, with lash enhancement options for both upper and lower lids.

Returning clients can book follow-ups and touch-ups. Follow-ups for eyebrows, eyeliner and lips are tied to how soon after the original session they come in, and touch-ups are available up to 6, 24 or 36 months after the first session. Touch-up pricing depends on how faded the work is and whether the technique or design is changing.

For clients with previous permanent makeup elsewhere, the studio handles correction work for eyebrows, eyeliner and lips, and offers non-laser tattoo lightening and removal. Eyebrow lightening is priced from $250, and Emergency Removal, a non-laser option to be done within 48 hours of the tattoo being received, is priced from $300. Because that window is short, clients are asked to call the office as soon as possible.

Packages combine several areas into one same-day appointment. Options include a complete face package covering eyebrows, lips and both eyeliners in about four and a half hours, along with eyebrows and lips, eyebrows and eyeliner, and eyeliner-only packages. Multiple touch-up packages and a new service with touch-up combination are also offered. Package discounts do not apply to corrective work or touch-ups, and every procedure in a package must be completed on the same day with no substitutions. Gift cards can be purchased through the website and do not expire.

Consultations come before most new and corrective work, and touch-up pricing follows how faded the existing work is and whether the design is changing.
