The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9am to 6pm, Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm, and is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Additional hours are available by appointment.

Erika Then owns the studio and works as a stylist there, and she began at Cosmera in 2008. The team includes artists and stylists, several of whom are RedKen artists and stylists. Services span hair color, cuts and styling, perming, extensions, keratin and Brazilian Blowout treatments, and conditioning treatments, along with facials and waxing and shaping.
