The salon takes an inside-out approach to skin, aiming to look after the whole person rather than just the surface issue. Its program brings together a dermal analysis, topical cleansers, lotions and serums, clinical treatments, customized natural vitamin and homeopathic supplements, and lifestyle and nutrition counseling. According to the salon, it uses natural remedies and probiotics instead of prescription antibiotics. The concerns it lists are eczema, psoriasis, acne, razor bumps, hair bumps, dry skin, sebaceous cysts and dry scalp.

The exfoliating menu includes microdermabrasion, which the business recommends for pigmented, dull, congested or discolored skin, along with glycolic, herbal enzyme and TCA/glycolic peels, oxygen therapy and a men's facial.
