The menu is organized around color, with options from a quick toning gloss to full balayage, full highlights, partial highlights, bleach retouch, root retouch and vivid color refresh. Longer color appointments, such as an hourly transformation, are priced by time and vary with the work involved. Haircuts include a dedicated curly cut for new clients, which is priced by curl type, pattern and density and includes a custom cut, shampoo, deep conditioning mask, personalized curly education and styling diffused to dry. Returning clients who were seen within the last six months can book a longer curly cut at a set price.

Styling options range from a bang trim and hot tool styling to blowouts, a curl revival, a silk press and a bridal trial. Treatments include a personalized conditioning treatment and a keratin treatment. Tape-in extensions are offered as a VIP service that uses a continuous strip of hair with medical-grade, double-sided adhesive. A consultation is required first, and the client orders the hair in advance; hair is not included in the listed price.

Booking terms are set out in advance. A $20 deposit is applied toward the booked service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment incur a 25% fee, cancellations within 24 hours incur 50%, and same-day cancellations with notice incur 50%. No-shows without notice are charged the full service cost and may need to prepay future bookings. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled, rescheduled or modified.
