Its online booking menu is organized into service groups covering children's hair, natural and relaxed washes, relaxers, texlax, straightening, extensions and weaves, color, and a separate group called Utopia.

Listed prices are base prices. Add-on services such as treatments and trims are priced separately. Every hair client starts with a wash, then books any add-on treatments or specialty shampoos.

Deposits are required for all appointments, and clients can choose to pay the full amount up front. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit, as do cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time. Cancelling one hour or less before an appointment is treated as a no-call, no-show, and no-call, no-show clients are banned from booking. Clients who leave after arriving may also be banned. Guests and children are not allowed in the chair during appointments.
