Booking requires a $50 deposit that is applied toward treatment; some treatments may need a larger or separate deposit. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the deposit, as do no-shows. Late arrivals may have their treatment time shortened or be asked to reschedule. Insurance and CareCredit are not accepted. Financing is available through Cherry Payments, a buy now, pay later company, subject to approval; according to Cherry, its plans include 0% APR options and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%. Pre-care and post-care instructions are emailed after booking.

Services are non-refundable, and opened or used products are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. Pre-purchased packages must be used within one year, cannot be transferred and are non-refundable. E-gift cards are available, but gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where the law requires it.
