The color menu runs from root smudges, which drop color lower for a softer, lived-in look, to grey root touchups for regrowth four to eight weeks out. Semi-color gloss helps keep tone between lightening visits. Color melts blend several formulas from roots to ends, solid cream is an all-over permanent single color, and vivid options range from a single shade to a multi-color custom placement. Vivid color melt and vivid custom color both include a blow-dry style. Lightening includes mini and half foils for face-framing or top-and-side highlights, full foils, a full foil transformation that may use babylights, scalp bleach for blonde root retouches, and bleach out for hair that needs lightening with no drop-out between foils or has nine or more weeks of regrowth.

Color correction is offered for lightening, removing or correcting artificial color already in the hair. It is billed at $100 per hour with a four-hour minimum. Hair extensions are a major part of the menu, with mini, single, double and triple-plus row installs and maintenance, K tip installs, and single row removal. Extension orders must be paid before the install appointment is scheduled, and a 30-minute extension consultation covers hair goals, the method and hair selection.

Booking requires a deposit of 50% of the total cost of services, paid at booking and non-refundable, though it counts toward the appointment. Clients who need to reschedule or move a deposit must contact the business at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations or late reschedules forfeit the deposit, and a no-call, no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. A 30-minute color consultation is $21.

Consultations come first for both color and extensions, so hair goals and method are settled before the appointment.
