The studio says it celebrates and respects people and their hair. Clients are invited to come as they are and bring their own idea of what they want, and the studio works with them toward that look.
Every service is by appointment only. Bookings are made directly with the studio by email or by Instagram direct message. A $50 deposit reserves a spot. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be moved to another appointment. It is forfeited if the appointment is not rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead.
Many prices are listed as starting amounts, and the studio notes that color correction and full bleach-out scope is decided at booking. Specialized cuts are priced differently for new and returning clients, and a gloss is offered on its own or with styling added.
The studio builds each appointment around the client's own vision and treats clients and their hair with respect.
