The studio is open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM and closed on Sunday. New clients pay a deposit that depends on the service, and deposits are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which the appointment may be cancelled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
