Balayage is painted freehand, with lightness building toward the ends. Full highlights apply lightener over the whole head with foils, and partial highlights are applied from temple to temple and up into the crown. All over color is a single-shade, one-step service, and base touch-ups cover roots with less than an inch of regrowth. Toner alone can counter brassy or yellow tones or refresh color, and extra toners, colors or bleach can be added to a color service. Color prices may vary with hair thickness and length.

Design services cover women's cuts, styling and blow dries, from a dry cut alone to a shampoo, cut and style. Blow dry only and blow out and style are also offered, along with a conditioning treatment with no style. Design services need dry hair, and pins are not included. Clients may ask to see another member of the team if they prefer.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and cash are accepted, but checks are not. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee, and cash has none. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards are sold in store and online and are non-refundable.

Clients are asked to check in five minutes before their appointment. Late arrivals are accommodated when notice is given, but arriving ten minutes late may mean the service cannot be provided. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice. Cancelling within 48 hours is charged at 50% of the service, and no-call, no-show clients are charged the full service. Rebooking after a cancellation or no-show is at management's discretion and requires a card on file, and services needing three or more hours also require a card on file. The salon recommends booking the next appointment before leaving.
