Copper Mane Collective was started by sisters Summer and Kaeli, who built the salon on the idea that good hair comes from lasting relationships with clients rather than one-time transactions. They set out to fill a gap in the St. Louis salon scene by offering a consistent experience no matter which stylist a client books.

About

The salon is made of individual stylists, each working from their own chair and specialty. Every service is customized to the client's hair, daily routine and goals. Online booking runs around the clock through Mangomint, usually with same-week availability, and the salon can also be reached by phone at +1 314-697-1923. It is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 8PM and closed on weekends.

Cancellation terms are set by each stylist, since every stylist operates as a separate business within Copper Mane Hair Co. No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged a fee of up to the full cost of the service. The salon says it invests in premium products, and stylists often teach clients how to recreate a look at home.

Works on the belief that lasting client relationships matter more than individual appointments, with each stylist tailoring services to the individual.
