Dr. John Reagan Moore and Dr. Konrad Sarosiek, both plastic surgeons holding board certification, lead the practice. The practice calls itself a single trusted team operating four Nashville-area locations.

Brentwood is the flagship. Its surgical services are on the second floor and its non-surgical treatments are on the third floor, and every surgical procedure the practice performs is done there by Dr. Sarosiek or Dr. Moore. Franklin, in the Cool Springs area, offers a full range of injectables and skin services with personalized treatment planning, and Mount Juliet offers injectables, skin treatments, BBL and HALO laser treatments, and surgical consultations, with surgery done in Brentwood. The Music Row office, on the fifth floor of the RFD-TV building, offers injectables, HydraFacial, microneedling, peels and skin care, and is by appointment only.

Surgery is grouped into breast, body and face procedures.

Injectable and skin services include Botox, Dysport and Daxxify, plus the fillers Juvéderm, Restylane and RHA Collection. Also offered are Kybella, Sculptra and vein treatments. Botox is charged by the unit, and the total depends on which areas are treated and what the patient hopes to achieve; a clear estimate is provided during consultation. Dysport effects typically last up to four months, and treatments need to be spaced at least 90 days apart. Dysport and Botox units cannot be swapped for one another, and the injector decides which product and dose suit each area. The Brentwood location is the only one offering all four laser systems: BBL, MOXI, HALO and TRIBRID. According to the Mount Juliet location, it was the first practice in Mt. Juliet to provide HALO laser resurfacing.

Consultations are used to evaluate facial anatomy, nasal structure, and aesthetic goals, and to build a treatment plan around each patient's goals, anatomy and comfort. The practice says its focus is natural-looking results.
