About

ContouredFitness Inc. operates from Queens, NY 11413 and lists its service area as Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau County and New York City. The business describes itself as East Meadow's black female-owned non-invasive body contouring option and says its team is experienced and qualified.

The business presents contouring as an enhancement for people who already keep a workout routine, not as a weight loss treatment. Each client begins with an initial consultation so the plan can be built around them. Clients can choose a Full Experience package that covers all holistic services for its duration, or Body Focused Services that work on specific trouble areas only. Virtual consultations by FaceTime or Zoom include a body sculpting plan and a full-body analysis.

The body treatments include Ekoshape 30KHz ultrasound cavitation and radio frequency vacuum therapy, vacuum and cupping treatments for the breasts and buttocks, Automated Muscle Stimulation, whole-body vibration sessions, wood therapy and a detoxifying hot cream wrap. Facial options include the Youthful Glow Facial and the Contoured Face Lift and Contoured Chin Lift, offered as single sessions or series of three. The business describes the Chin Lift as non-surgical and non-invasive.

Every Thursday evening in the After Dark hours, the business offers 24K Gold express treatments at $50 each, including hand and foot treatments, exfoliation of the back and underarms, butt rejuvenation and a Nefertiti facial. Booking requires a deposit, and the business notes that each appointment is a reserved time slot and that it does not double book.

Treatments are planned individually after an initial consultation, and the business frames contouring as a complement to an existing workout routine rather than a way to lose weight.
